Tor Saile became a financial advisor because he wanted to offer his clients more objective independent advice and support. He has spent his career working with professionals, business owners, and executives around the country and even the world with clients as far away as Australia. He works in the areas of retirement and investment planning, estate planning, business continuation and succession planning. He believes his value is in helping clients get organized financially and provide a strong framework with which to make financial decisions.
He started his Financial Services career in 1998 with Northwestern Mutual where he earned numerous company awards including national “Rookie of the year” honors. He went on to become a top 200 performer for Northwestern numerous times before leaving Northwestern for LPL Financial. Prior to his financial services career, Tor had owned, bought and sold a number of companies in a variety of service industries. His broad and varied experiences help him understand what professionals and business owners feel and live every day.
Tor is a graduate of Indiana University where he received a bachelor’s degree in management. He received an MBA from Keller Graduate School in 1991. He is active in charitable work with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Alexian Brothers Healthcare System, and numerous other organizations. Tor is an avid fisherman and enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his wife and children. He lives in South Barrington with his wife Tricia, and their children, Tyler, Tanner, and their twin daughters, Sarah and Samantha.
